Errand Xpress processes account, order, payment-reference and location data needed to provide the service. Rider location should be collected only during active delivery work and retained according to the business retention policy. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored by this application.

Operational details, fees and service areas may be updated by authorized administrators. This starter policy text should be reviewed against the laws and business practices that apply where Errand Xpress operates before launch.
