Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation eligibility depends on order state. Before rider assignment, cancellation may be permitted automatically. After assignment or pickup, operations review may be required. Refunds must be linked to the original order and payment and are not complete until the payment provider or wallet ledger confirms them.
